Yoandi

Yoandi is a licensed building contractor and our Production Manager. He has the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifications for Water Damage Restoration, Advanced Drying Technician, and Applied Microbial Remediation. With 40 years in the water and mold industry, Yoandi is GC licensed, Asbestos Certified, and has both water and mold certifications. He has been with the company for nearly eight years.

Every day, he perseveres to ensure that every one of his guys has the knowledge and correct plan of action to handle every job timely and accurate. His years of experience and expertise provide our company with the motivation and professionalism that you would expect. Don't be surprised to meet him as he tries to get to every job site!

Office Manager

Everyone meet Evie-Evie has been a vital part of the SERVPRO of East Davie/Cooper City team for over 7 years. As our office manager, she ensures everything runs smoothly—scheduling jobs, coordinating with insurance companies, organizing office operations, and making sure every detail is handled with precision. With her dedication and attention to detail, Evie keeps our team on track and ensures each job is completed to the highest standard.

Felix

Felix became our Production Technician at SERVPRO of East Davie / Cooper City over six years ago. He quickly earned the title of "Iron man" because of the hard work he puts into every job. His attention to detail on every job never goes unnoticed.

Santiago

With over five years of experience in water and mold restoration, Santiago brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company. His attention to detail is unmatched, ensuring every job is completed with precision and care. While he excels in all areas of our work, his true passion and specialty lie in mold remediation. Hector is a WRT- Water Certified Technician here at SERVPRO of East Davie / Cooper City. He has demonstrated over and over again that he is a a hard worker and dedicated to getting the job done right, the first time. Hector earned the "Goes The Extra Mile" award in 2021. 

Oswaldo

Oswaldo is coming up to his one year Anniversary with SERVPRO of East Davie / Cooper City. He is a great team player, tackles each job head-on and makes sure every job look "Like it never even happened." Oswaldo strives for greatness. He makes sure he handles every situation with care.

Roberto

As our warehouse manager, Roberto has been with our company for over 10 years and is one of the hardest-working and most caring individuals here at SERVPRO! His humor and wittiness keep us on our toes. And his contagious smile makes us all stay young.

Cindy leads our Marketing Department with energy and expertise.
