Hose from Toilet Causes A Flood

This flooded home in Davie was the result of a hose to the toilet that began to leak. No one was at home so several hours had past before anyone notice the extent of the water damage. The water seeped into the floor and walls all thru out this home. As soon as the home owners came home and saw the problem they called SERVPRO. We had our SERVPRO crew out to their home very quickly after receiving their phone call. The floor as you can see in the before and after pictures had to be removed from the home. The drywall also had to be cut and removed.
